  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts
  • Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
  • Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and expense reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist in preparing financial reports such as profit & loss statements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
  • Work with accountants for audits and financial planning
  • Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
  • Use accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or Excel
